A crowd was on hand to witness the annual Christmas tree lighting at Derby’s Madison Avenue Central Park on Nov. 21 – officially getting the holiday season underway. There were plenty of festive photo ops that parents and kids took advantage of, while Mayor Randy White spoke before the ceremonial tree lighting.
