Robert L. "Bob" Goss

DERBY – Robert L. "Bob" Goss, 74, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, after battling lung cancer for three years. No services will be held.

Robert was born June 24, 1938, to Raphael and June Goss in Seymour, Mo. Robert retired from Learjet after 18 years of service, then worked for the Derby school district as a custodian for 13 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gene; and granddaughter, Jamie Lynn Gordon.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ruby (Merz) Goss; children, Wesley (Sandra) Crissinger, Karen (Brent) Gordon, Pamela (Wayne) Oshel, David (Tammy) Goss, Monica Hill and Robert Goss; brother, Dale (Starley) Goss of Daytona Beach, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
