DERBY – Richard "Dick" Lusk, 66, passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita. Visitation will be held 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16, with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m., at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home in Wellington. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, at First United Methodist Church, Wellington.

Survivors include wife, Carolyn; children, Lisa Stearns (Chad), Lance Lusk (Kelli); stepchildren, Lori Kanitz, Michelle Rodgers (Bart); eight grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers.
