Jack Michael Gurley, 57, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 15, at Christian Family Ministries, Whitewater.

He was a long-time caregiver to Dennis Peroutka, who survives. Other survivors include father, Jack and stepmother, Carol of North Newton; brothers, Darrell of Wichita, Billy of Derby.
